By accessing or using Luzify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Luzify is a shift scheduling tool that allows workplace administrators to create and publish shift schedules, and team members to view their schedules, mark availability, and sync shifts to Google Calendar.

User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Luzify.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it using automated means without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Luzify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to scheduling errors or missed shifts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
