What is Luzify?

Luzify is a shift scheduling platform that helps teams create, manage, and distribute work schedules. The app syncs published shifts to team members' Google Calendars and sends email notifications.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We also request access to your Google Calendar to create shift events on your behalf.

How We Use Your Information

• Your name and email identify you within your team.
• Google Calendar access is used solely to add shift events that your admin publishes. We only create new events — we do not read, modify, or delete your existing calendar data.
• Your email is used to send shift notification emails when schedules are published.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as you have an active membership in a workplace. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

Google API Services

Luzify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
